One and a half story Neoclassical style residence with a symmetrical facade and two small, one story wings. The roof is sheathed in
wood shingles. There are two sunken, gabled dormers. The most significant Neoclassical element is the full -facade porch created by
a shed roof extension of the side gabled roof. The facade is sheathed in shiplap. The door is centered, flanked by four -sash panels
and shutters, and capped with a classical frieze. Because this house is a relatively late example of the Neoclassical style, it does not
have elaborate decorative details. Double doors, instead of windows, are symmetrically balanced on either side of the entrance. The
doors are topped with classical lintils. Four square posts, instead of the usual classical columns, support the porch roof. The porch
is lined with brick. Both wings are simple stuccoed structures marked with a plain casement window in the center of their facades.
The entire unit is landscaped and set back from the street. The unit's features relate to the architectural strength of neighboring
residences.

Simple, one story National Folk style house with a side gable roof. Architectural features include the brick structure of the house.
The facade bricks have unfinished mortar joints. The exposed rafters and wood clapboards in the gables show Craftsman influence:
There is a detached front gable garage to the reear. It is also constructed with brick and has wood siding in the gable. The
roof is capped with wood shingles, and there is a segmented brick chimney on the rear side of the roof. The front area of the unit is
landscaped with large juniper trees that obscure the view of the house.
