Two story Monterey style home. Identifying features include the low-pitched, gabled roof, and full-length second -story
balcony covered by principal roof. Full -height posts reach from roof to ground, intersected by the cornice of the balcony. The
roof is tiled and marked by two ridge chimneys. Wall cladding in stucco. Second -story marked by alternating double -hung
windows and casement doors with shutters. Checkered stucco vents alternate with windows and entrance on first floor. Unit
is close to the street behind a shallow, semi -circular driveway. The house relates to the neighboring Spanish -influenced
residences.

One story Contemporary house with an L-shaped ground plan. It has a cross gabled roof covered in composition shingles.
Contemporary features include a full height stained glass window in the front gable. The roof has widely overhanging eaves, which
are supported by three massive exposed roof beams. The entrance is secondary to this focal gable. Walls are sheathed in stucco.
A large oak
tree dominates the front landscape. The unit is set on a hill above the street.

A one story Ranch style house with two long units and a garage attached to the south end. Both units have hipped roofs with
composition shingle. However, the middle unit has gable on top of a hipped roof. The wall cladding is horizontal wood panel. The unit
to the south is on a lower elevation, the same as the adjoining garage. The roof beams are double exposed. There are two interior
chimneys in the center of the structure. The windows are three sash windows with horizontal glazing. The window on the south side
of the facade is a bay window. The home is landscaped by a small front lawn and a lightpost. The home is at the top of a dead end
road at the top of the hill and has a scenic view of the city of Arcadia.

A two story Folk style cross gabled residence. This structure is a very basic plan with composition shingle roof
and stuccoed wall cladding. The overhanging eaves are enclosed on the side gables but not on the gables but the
rafters are exposed on the side. The windows on the second story are 2 sash with 12 panels. The windows on
the first story are single sash with multiple panels. Also notable are the corner windows on both sides of the
facade The property is surrounded by a large brick wall and an iron fence.

Cross gabled, one -and -a -half story Tudor house. Identifying features include a steep pitched roof with multiple front gables.
The dominant gable has an arched vent in the gable and a transomed bay window that is capped with a
hipped overhang. The smaller front gable has a diamond sash casement window in the gable and a bay window. There is a
hipped dormer marked with a diamond sash casement window over the entrance. The entrance has a slight segmental opening,
and the door is recessed. The projecting wings are capped with a ga/ed and hipped gable roof. There is a chimney on the
ridge. The roof is covered with wood shingles and the wall is clad with stucco. Exposed roof beams. The entire unit is
landscaped and set back from the street.

One story Ranch style home on a curved, irregular ground plan. Hipped roof with wood shingles and exposed roof beams cap
the unit, as does a brick chimney. Identifying features of this Ranch style are the large picture window, combination of
vertical board and batten and brick cladding and diamond sash bay window. The entrance has decorative metal
bracket detailing, taken from Medieval influence. There is a detached gabled garage, sheathed in vertical board and batten.
The entire unit is landscaped and set back from the street. The combined structures are laid towards the corner of the
street on which it lies.

One story Colonial Revival residence, characterized by the projecting hyphen and two car garage. The main unit and the hyphen
have
steep -pitched side gabled roofs. The garage is front gabled. There are three inserted, gabled dormers
with vented gables. There is also a vented gabled dormer intersecting the roof line over a large multi -glazed picture window
on the facade. A glazed, octagon -shaped bulls -eye window is featured on the facade. There is a garden recessed under
a colonnaded extension of the roof line. Three segmented arch openings support the roof. There is a large bay window on
the recessed wall. The entrance is at the side of the house. The garage features a decorative, two panel bay window and
"bird house" in the gable. The entire unit is sheathed in wood shingles, except the recessed wall, which is covered in
stucco. The entire unit is neatly landscaped and set back from the street. Its architectural integrity relates to other
residences along Santa Anita Avenue.

Tudor residence, one story with multiple front and side gables. The unit sits on a raised foundation. The steep
pitched roof is a Tudor inspiration. So is the large tapered chimney. There is a group of three arched windows
with fanlights adjacent to the entrance under a shed -style aluminum awning. The entrance is under a gabled portico with arched
openings. Straight steps lined with decorative stucco banisters lead up to the portico. There is a stucco wall surrounding the
rest of the porch. The stucco wall is decorated with a rectangular panel pierced with three diamonds. There are aluminum awnings
over the
side, arched windows. The walls are all sheathed in stucco and the roof is covered in composition shingles. The entire unit is
completely landscaped, where some of the trees obscure the dominant front gable. There is a gabled garage in the rear.

Small, Spanish Eclectic house with a combined flat and shed roof, which hangs over only the entrance and large picture
window. The red tiled roof and parapet over the flat roof of the facade characterize this house. There is a eave side chimney
lined with brick on top. On the south side of the house is a bay window topped with a red tile shed roof. The house is on a
raised foundation, and the entire unit is covered in stucco. There is a rectangular vent near the chimney. A flat -roof garage
extends off the rear of the house. Straight brick steps lead up to the entrance door. The unit is set back from the street.
The architectural character of the house relates to its neighboring residences.

Small, Spanish Eclectic style, one story home on a raised foundation. The roof is side gabled, but there is a flat -roofed
extension to the house in the rear. Architectural features include the red -tile roof and Mission -style parapets on the eaveside
walls. There is a large eaveside chimney. The facade is very striking. There is a dormer over the entrance area, as well as a
shallow extension of the roof. The door has a decorative landscape carved into it and it is flanked by two full -height
sidelights. On either side of the entrance are full -height windows divided by a modillion and lined at the bottom with metal
grills. Straight, reversed steps lead up to the entrance and an asymmetrical platform porch. There is a flat -roofed garage in
the rear. The property is landscaped with a front lawn. The building is set back from the street.
