A one story Contemporary T -plan residence. This modern design is identified by the very low pitched
gravel roof, the wide overhanging eaves and the decorative exposed rafters and the heavy piers that
support the gables, influenced by the Craftsman prototype. Other notable features include the
floor -to -ceiling windows on the facade and the side facing gable. The door is not accentuated and is
difficult to view from the front of the home. As is common in Contemporary design, the landscape is
integrated into the property and the home, which makes the house difficult to see from the street.
