HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending Decision Notice of Pending Decision - MUP 17-07 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tenant of the subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to operate a full service restaurant with karaoke and extended hours of operation. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 17-07 Project Description: A request for a Minor Use Permit to operate a full service restaurant (d.b.a. Luxy Karaoke Lounge) with alcoholic beverage service and 13 private karaoke rooms within a 4,702 square foot unit at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. The proposed business hours are from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday and 11:30 AM to 1:00 AM, Thursday through Saturday. Under this process, no formal hearing is required, unless a hearing is requested by any interested person before the end of t he comment period. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notifie d of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter. City Hall will be closed on March 30, 2018.
