Due to landlord issue beyond the control of the store owner, our completion date will be pushed. The permit is currently scheduled to expire on 4-23-16. We would like to request an extension of the permit process at this time. For the purpose of satisfying the requirement of progress, we have purchased all materials for the project and begun the construction of the kiosk off site in preparation for installation. Approximately$45,000.00 worth of work has been completed to date.
