HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending Decision Notice of Pending Decision NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is requesting an Administrative Modification and Single Story Architectural Design Review. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301, 15305, and 15331 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure, repair of a historical resource, and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Single-Story Architectural Design Review No. SSADR 18-01 and Major Administrative Modification No. Major Admin 18-02 Project Description: A Modification to allow a rear yard setback ranging between 6’-4” to 18’-3” in lieu of the 25’-0” required and to exceed the maximum allowable rear yard lot coverage for a 942 square foot one-story addition to the living area, a 306 square foot garage addition, and a remodeled 493 square foot covered patio all located in the rear of the existing contemporary style residence. Lot Size: 11,802 sq. ft. Building Size (excluding the garage): 2,962 sq. ft. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
