HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Hearing NoticePUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held for the project described below. The project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Amendment to Conditional Use Permit Application No. CUP 15-02 Project Description: A request to amend the Conditional Use Permit to allow a bank, a small restaurant (less than 2,000 sf), and a dance studio/fitness facility to the list of allowable uses within the 18,926 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and increase the maximum allowable area for large restaurants with alcoholic beverage services (2,000 sf or larger) from 9,540 square feet to 10,674 square feet. All the remaining uses that were previously approved such as retail and a grocery store will remain as an allowed use. The amendment to the commercial uses/space will meet the minimum parking requirement of 151 parking spaces. A total of 158 parking spaces will be provided on-site.
