You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an existing facilities and minor adjustments to the setbacks. B. Administrative Major Modification No. AM Major 18-09. Project Description: The applicant is proposing a single-story addition of 748 square feet to an existing residence. A Modification is request for a 12’-6” westerly street side yard setback along Michilinda Ave, in lieu of the required 20’-0” street side yard setback for a corner property. The Rancho Santa Anita Residents’ Association Architectural Review Board has reviewed and approved the architectural design of the addition. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
