You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15305(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for minor adjustments to the setback; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 18-12. Project Description: A Modification to allow a 9’-0” westerly side yard setback of in lieu of the 10’-0” required for three new air conditioning condenser units for the newly constructed, single family residence. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
