You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 18-03 Project Description: A request for a Minor Use Permit to operate a small fitness center (d.b.a. 1A Fitness) with up to 8 people at any given time within an existing multi-tenant commercial building. The proposed business hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday.
