You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 18-05 Project Description: A request for a Minor Use Permit to operate a full service retail bank branch with an exterior ATM and night depository (d.b.a. CTBC Bank USA) at 56 E. Duarte Road.
