HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family residence B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 17-15 Project Description: A new 3,755 square foot, two-story, Traditional style residence, with an attached, three car garage in a tandem style layout. Lot Size: 9,611 square feet Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 2,406 square feet New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,755 square feet Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3,890 square footage and 40.4% Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 4,325 square feet and 45% Comment Period: January 22, 2018 to February 5, 2018 by 5:30 PM Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so by submitting written statements to Planning Services prior to February 5, 2018. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
