You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(a) from the California Environ-mental Quality Act (CEQA) for an existing facility; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-04 Project Description: A 810 square foot second story addition to an existing 1,392 square foot single story single family home. Lot Size: 6,090 square feet Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,392 square feet New Building Size (excluding the garage): 2,257 square feet Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 2,333 square feet and 38% Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 2,830 square feet and 45% Comment Period: Tuesday, June 5, 2018 to Tuesday, June 19, 2018 by 5:30 PM Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so by submitting written statements to Planning Services prior to June 19, 2018. . Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
