You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision. Location: 1648 Rodeo Rd. Project Description: A new 4,360 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style house and a 445 square-foot, two-car garage and the encroachment into four canopies of protected trees. Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Section 15303 Comment Period: October 20, 2016 – November 3, 2016 (5:30 PM) Comments may be submitted in writing to Planning Services at Arcadia City Hall at 240 West Huntington Drive, P.O. An appeal of the administrative decision may be made by the applicant or any interested party within five (5) business days following the date of the decision by submitting a letter of appeal and paying the appeal fee.
