Review No. SFADR 16-27 and Oak Tree Encroachment

Dear Neighbors:
The owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new residence
that is subject to the City Single Family Architectural Design Review
process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the
City making a decision.
Location: 1648 Rodeo Rd.
Project Description: A new 4,360 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style
house and a 445 square-foot, two-car garage and the encroachment into
four canopies of protected trees.
Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Section 15303
Comment Period: October 20, 2016 – November 3, 2016 (5:30 PM)
Comments may be submitted in writing to Planning Services at Arcadia
City Hall at 240 West Huntington Drive, P.O. Box 60021, Arcadia, CA
91066-6021, or by fax to (626) 447-9173, or by email to
nbaldwin@ArcadiaCa.gov.
A decision will be reached no earlier than November 3, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
Under this process, no formal hearing need be held on this application. A
notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners
who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be
notified of the decision. An appeal of the administrative decision may be
made by the applicant or any interested party within five (5) business
days following the date of the decision by submitting a letter of appeal
and paying the appeal fee.

architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter
