You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-20 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. 18-28 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 6,322 square foot, two-story, Mediterranean-style residence with an attached 743 square foot, three-car garage. The new pool and spa will encroach into the canopy and protected zone of a few protected trees along the rear of the site.
