HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to add a new second floor to an existing single-story residence that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure. B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 17-27 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 447 square foot, second floor to an existing single-story house with interior remodeling to the first floor. The new second floor will match the exterior materials and finishes of the exiting house. The new total square footage will be 1,972 square feet. No new square footage is being proposed to the first floor. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee.
