You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for alterations to an existing facility; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-09 Project Description: A 1,001 square foot one-story addition and a 192 square foot second-story addition to an existing 2,375 square foot two-story single family dwelling. Lot Size: 19,200 square feet Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 2,375 square feet New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,568 square feet Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3,899 square feet and 20% Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 7,760 square feet and 45% Comment Period: Monday, June 18, 2018 to Thursday, June 28, 2018 by 5:30 PM Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so by submitting written statements to Planni ng Services prior to June 28, 2018. . Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days followin g the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
