HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for one single-family residence; B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 17-09 Project Description: A new 8,010 square foot, two-story, Spanish style residence, with an attached, three car garage and a 79 square foot covered porch. Lot Size: 22,858 square feet Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,154 square feet New Building Size (excluding the garage): 8,010 square feet Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 8,532 square feet and 37% Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 8,715 square feet and 38% Comment Period: Monday, August 7, 2017 to Monday, August 21, 2017 by 5:30 PM Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so by submitting written statements to Planning Services prior to August 17, 2017 . Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
