You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision. Location: 320 Danimere Ave. Project Description: A new 4,430 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style house and a 423 square-foot, two-car garage. Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Section 15303 Comment Period: May 19, 2016 – June 2, 2016 (5:30 PM) Comments may be submitted in writing to Planning Services at Arcadia City Hall at 240 West Huntington Drive, P.O. Box 60021, Arcadia, CA 91066-6021, or by fax to (626) 447-9173, or by email to nbaldwin@ArcadiaCa.gov. A decision will be reached no earlier than June 2, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. Under this process, no formal hearing need be held on this application. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of the administrative decision may be made by the applicant or any interested party within five (5) business days following the date of the decision by submitting a letter of appeal and paying the appeal fee.
