HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described be-low: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for one single-family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-26 Project Description: A new 5,009 square foot, two-story, Traditional style residence, with attached 686 square foot three-car garage. Lot Size: 21,604 square feet Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 2,174 square feet New Building Size (excluding the garage): 5,009 square feet Floor Area Ratio Proposed (including foyer): 5,594 square feet and 26% Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 8,401 square feet and 39% Comment Period: Monday, October 15, 2018 to Monday, October 29, 2018 by 5:30 PM Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so by submitting written statements to Planni ng Services prior to October 29, 2018 . Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days followin g the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project, and the approval/denial letter.
