You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for one single -family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 17-30 and Removal of Diseased/Hazardous Protected Tree Permit No. TRD 18-44. Project Description: A new 3,403 square foot, two -story, Spanish style residence, with attached one-and-two car garages. The applicant is also proposing to remove two dead protected trees; one is located in the front yard area along E. Lemon Avenue and one in the street side yard area along S. 4th Avenue. Lot Size: 8,624 sq. ft. Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,228 sq. ft. New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,403 sq. ft.
