You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision. Location: 411 Santa Cruz Road Project Description: A new 3,916 square foot, two-story, Modern Prairie- style house with an attached 420 square foot, two-car garage. Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Section 15303 Comment Period: December 6, 2016 – December 19, 2016 (5:30 PM) Comments may be submitted in writing to Planning Services at Arcadia City Hall at 240 West Huntington Drive, P.O. Box 60021, Arcadia, CA 91066- 6021, or by fax to (626) 447-9173, or by email to VQuiroz@ArcadiaCA.gov. A decision will be reached no earlier than December 19, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. Under this process, no formal hearing is scheduled on this application. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of the administrative decision may be made by the applicant or any interested party within five (5) business days following the date of the decision by submitting a letter of appeal and paying the appeal fee.
