You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described be-low: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for one single-family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-24 Project Description: A new 5,988 square foot, two-story, Mediterranean style residence, with attached 733 square foot three-car garage, and detached cabana and bathroom. Net Lot Size: 16,227 square feet
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 2,125 square feet
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 5,988 square feet
Floor Area Ratio Proposed (including foyer): 6,452 square feet and 40%
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 6,868 square feet and 42%
Comment Period: Monday, December 10, 2018 to Wednesday, December 26, 2018
by 5:30 PM
Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so by submitting written statements to Planni ng Services prior to December 26, 2018 .
Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owner s who submit written comments on this project or
request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) da ys following the date of the decision with the required
application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the architectural plans related to this project,
and the approval/denial letter. City Hall will be closed on Friday, December 21, 2018, half day on December 24, 2018, and all day on December 25, 201 8.
