You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a modification to an existing structure and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Architectural Design Review No. ADR 18-14 and Major Administrative Modification No. Major Admin 18-16 Project Description: A Modification to allow a 17’-6” reduced one-way drive aisle in lieu of the required 19’-0” drive aisle. The Architectural Design Review will also include parking lot improvements to include reconfiguring parking stalls and new landscaping, and a façade and interior remodel of an existing commercial building in association with the 3,090 square foot expansion/remodel of an existing bank use. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days followin g the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee.
