You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 18-07 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with a new full service restaurant (d.b.a. Shabu Lin). The proposed business hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notifie d of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within ten (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee.
