A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15315 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – Minor Land Divisions; and
B. Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 18-04 (71885)
Project Description: An approval for a Tentative Parcel Map to
subdivide a 333,481 square foot parcel into two legal lots. The first lot
(northern part of the property at 601 Sunset Boulevard) will be approximately
39,878 square feet, and the remaining area, which will be comprised of the
second lot, will be approximately 293,603 square feet. No construction is
proposed under this request.
