A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – In-Fill Development; and
B. Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 18-06 (82513) and Commercial Architectural Design Review No. ADR 16-25
Project Description: A new three-story mixed-use project with four (4) residential condominium units on the upper two floors and 585 square feet of retail use on the ground floor. The applicant is also requesting a tract map to subdivide the residential units and commercial unit for condominium purposes.
