A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15315 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – Minor Land Divisions; and
B. Tentative Parcel Map No. TTM 18-05 (73061)
Project Description: A Tentative Tract Map to subdivide the airspace for
the ten residential condominium units that was approved by the Planning
Commission on July 14, 2015 and that is currently under construction.
