Arcadia, California, in violation of the Arcadia Municipal Code Anirtant CivAtana8erl ("AMC"). In its September 12, 2018 Notice of Violation to you, the City stated that failure to take further action on the substandard conditions contained therein may result in recordation against your property with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office pursuant to AMC section 9404.4(A). Upon satisfactory abatement of all substandard conditions, violations or public nuisances occurring on your property, the City of Arcadia will move to release the recorded notice in line with AMC section 9404.5. It continues to be the City's objective that voluntary cooperation is made to abate all substandard conditions occurring at 1105 Rodeo Road. However, please note the City retains the right to proceed with further enforcement actions without warning or notice, unless required by state or local law, until the necessary corrective actions are completed on your property.
