To Whom It May Concern:
The application of re—bar dowels between existing slab and new slab or between existing
concrete foundation to new foundation is visually observed and inspected without special
inspection performed by a certified deputy inspector. It is determined that these locations do
not require full epoxy strength and therefore, a visual inspection is adequate.
Shear wall anchor bolts and hold downs shall require deputy inspection per approved ICC
report.
