A new residence was built and issued a Certificate of Occupancy on 4/14/2004. When
the old home was demolished an existing storage structure was allowed to remain which
is located in the northwest corner of the property (see site plan). The storage room was
reduced in size to comply with zoning regulations and maintain 10 feet between the main
dwelling. The actual size of the building is 14'x16' and is approximately 3'6" from the
north property line and 4' from the west property line. Although there are no documents
in the permit records for the storage structure it is considered a"Legal Non-Conforming
Building"and is permitted to remain. This structure is only permitted for"Storage" and
shall not be used for any living quarters.
