You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-32 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. 19-01 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 3,431 square foot, two-story, Contemporary-style residence with an attached two-car garage.
