HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to add a new second floor to an existing single-story residence that is subject to the City’s Single-Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 17-31 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to add a new 694 square foot second floor to an existing single-story house, and is proposing exterior material changes as well. In order to accommodate the new second floor, the Applicant will remove 122 square feet from the first floor. The proposed new building size will be 2,772 square feet.
