SidewaIk 304 W.8th St. Kansas City, MO 64105 Arcadia, CA Fire Department Feasibility Study Statement of Work Overview and Objectives The City of Arcadia, CA Fire Department (Customer) has the need to assess the impact of contracting with the City of Sierra Madre, CA in covering their entire jurisdiction with full emergency response coverage while the City of Sierra Madre, CA closes its fire department located at 242 W Sierra Madre Blvd, Sierra Madre, CA 91024 ("contracting coverage").The Customer also has the need to track industry-standard key performance metrics across time to assess department trends, improve response times, and ensure continuous improvement across the entire organization. The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline and define the activities that will be conducted by the mySidewalk team to ensure the highest quality delivery of its Fire Performance Dashboard. The main objectives of this project are as follows: 1. Create and deliver the Arcadia, CA Fire Department Feasibility Study as detailed in this SOW. This Statement of Work will cover the scope of work required to implement and achieve the desired objectives. Description of Services and Scope The following services will be performed by mySidewalk. This subscription provides access to the one-time Arcadia, CA Fire Department Feasibility Study (the "Study") for your department created and delivered by mySidewalk.The Study will be designed to equip both the City of Arcadia, CA and their partner,the City of Sierra Madre, CA with comprehensive analyses, calculations, and details so that both parties are adequately informed to execute a decision backed by transparent facts delivered in an accessible format.This report will not provide any recommendations for or against the decision to contract coverage. Timeline: Upon execution of the agreement, mySidewalk will begin collecting the required data as far back as January 1,2014 to the most recent month. mySidewalk requires at minimum 3 (three) hours of remote call interviews with key City of Arcadia, CA Fire Department personnel (See Attachment A for a list of potential items in need of identification).A non-comprehensive list of datasets and information required include the following: • CAD data • RMS data • Budget information • Staffing information • Apparatus information • Specs of applicable station • Hydrant and water supply data • Significant/high risk/critical infrastructure locations mySidewalk will utilize this information to create the Study within 60 days of signed contract. mySidewalk will present its findings to the City of Arcadia, CA Fire Department in a single 2 hour findings call. mySidewalk will deliver the finished Study within 24 hours after the findings call. This contract does not include the following: 4 No public or on-site pre-study events 4 No original data creation or survey .4 No on-site analysis of assets 4 No on-site interviews 4 No travel 4 No public presentation of findings The Study will include the following sections given availability of data (See Attachment B for a more comprehensive list of analyses included): 4 An analysis of current incidents located in both the City of Sierra Madre, CA and the City of Arcadia, CA 4 An analysis of current response performance by the City of Sierra Madre, CA Fire Department and the City of Arcadia, CA Fire Department 4 An impact analysis of response performance for the City of Arcadia, CA Fire Department if contracting coverage is executed at current asset level. 4 An impactanalysis of call coverage for the City of Arcadia, CA Fire Department if contracting coverage is executed at current asset level. 4 An analysis of potential assets needed to increase performance outcomes if contracting coverage is executed. 4 An analysis of potential strategic actions needed to increase performance if contracting coverage is executed. 4 Analysis based on staffing the City of Sierra Madre, CA Fire Department station. -4 Analysis based on staffing a four-person paramedic engine in the City of Arcadia,CA Fire Department. All exceptions,additions,and customization not explicitly included within this Statement of Work will be billed at a rate of$150/hr. Assumptions: If mySidewalk integration with Customer's RMS or CAD is required,we require the Customer make available a System Administrator contact and any applicable credentials.
