You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15311(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the installation of an on-premise sign; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 19-03 & SADR 18-30 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow installation of a new electronic changeable monument sign at 102 E. Huntington Drive (76 gas station/7 -11). The project will also include the installation of new signage and graphics on the existing canopy and gasoline dispensers.
