HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending DecisionNotice of Pending Decision - MUP 19-04 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tenant of the subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to operate a new fitness facility. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 19-04 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow the operation of a small fitness facility (Young Boxing) located at 113 E. Santa Clara Street within the Downtown Parking Overlay. The proposed business hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Saturday. The fitness facility will offer personal training sessions and group classes. Two instructors will lead group classes with up to 10 students per class.
