You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project de-scribed below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for addition to existing structures; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-09, Project Description: A new 478 square foot one-story addition and a 498 square foot two-story addition to an existing 4,062 square foot two-story single family residence, and a 360 square foot detached pool house. The addition will be located at the rear of residence.
