Lemon Ave 310 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new two-story single family dwelling that is subject to the City’s Sin-gle Family Architectural Design Review process, which will require approval of a protected tree appli-cation. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family residence; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-33 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 19-11 Project Description: A new 7,318 square foot two-story, Mediterranean-style residence with an attached 655 square foot, three-car garage. The development will encroach into three protected trees located in the front yard area of the subject site.
