You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301 and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an existing facilities and minor adjustments to the setbacks. B. Administrative Major Modification No. AM Major 19-09; Single Story Architectural Design Review No. SSADR 18-11; and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 19-15 Project Description: A modification is requested to allow a rear yard setback of three feet eight inches in lieu of the required 25 feet on a substandard property that abuts the 210 freeway at the rear of the property. The applicant is proposing a 959 square foot single story addition to an existing single family residence that has an existing non-conforming rear yard setback of four feet.
