SCOPE OF WORK

3. Any structural reinforcement needed as per the engineer report to be done as an
extra at$5.00 per lineal ft.
4. Remove the existing roofing materials to the wood.
5. Furnish and install 2 layers of 301b felt underlayment.
6. Furnish and install all roof related metals:2 x 4 drip edge metal,24"valley metal,
6"tile pan,2 x 4 roof to wall metal,and O'Hagin dormer vents(excluding any
custom metal).
7. Furnish and install Auburn Lightweight Tile,owner's choice of color.
8. Furnish and install ridge and rake to match.
9. Furnish and install all new HVAC flashings.
10. Paint all flashings and dormers to match roof.
11. Clean all the debris made by the roofers.
12. Provide 10-year warranty on labor.
