You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-36 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. 19-36 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 7,460 square-foot, two-story, Spanish-style residence with an attached, 660 square-foot, three-car garage and a detached, 563 square-foot cabana. A new block wall along the east property line will encroach into the canopy of a protected Oak tree located on the adjacent property.
