Modification No. PC AM 18-02; and Architectural Design Review No. ADR 18-19 Project Description: A request to convert 10,000 square feet of the 38,761 square foot, self-storage building into a multi-tenant food hall at 33-35 W. Huntington Drive. The Food Hall will have approximately 7-to-10 food vendors, the sale of alcohol for on-site consumption, a 1,326 square foot outdoor patio, and operating hours of Sunday—Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), and Friday & Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. The remainder of the building (31,239 gross square feet) will continue to operate as a self-storage business. The project also includes design review approval of exterior changes to the building and a Parking Modification to maintain the existing on-site parking lot (20-to-23 spaces) in lieu of 68 parking spaces required by Code.
