Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Conditional Use Permit Application No. CUP 19-04 Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow a new arcade (dba: Exp. Arcade) within an existing commercial building that was previously occupied by a bowling alley at 1020 S. Baldwin Avenue. The arcade will include 44 arcade games, a computer game room with ten (10) computers, a restaurant, a bar, and eight (8) private karaoke rooms. The proposed business hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., seven days a week.
