A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – In-Fill Development; and
B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 18-04, Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 19-01 (82515), Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 18-24 & Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 19-24
Project Description: A request for a new three (3) unit, French style, multi-family residential condominium development. The proposed project would require the removal of four (4) protected Oak trees in order to accommodate the development, and to allow a portion of the building to encroach within the dripline of a protected Oak tree.
