Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Sections 15315 and 15332 for an infill development that would be permitted under this subdivision in an urbanized area; and B. Tentative Parcel Map No. 18-08 (71642) and Planning Commission Modification No. PC AM 19-01 Project Description: A request to subdivide an existing 25,236 square -foot parcel into two (2) separate legal lots with substandard lot widths of 68.21 feet each, whereas 75 feet is required per the Development Code. The proposed lot widths are consistent with the other lots along Londgen Avenue.
