You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-20 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to square-off an exiting circular balcony at the rear of the house that will result in an increase of 83 square -feet to the size. The balcony will not extend beyond the exiting length and the colors and materials of the balcony will remain the same.
