Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 19-06 Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a music school (dba: Semitone Institute of Music). The school is proposed in a 5,797 square foot commercial unit located within the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center at 1229 S. Baldwin Avenue. The school will operate from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday. The music school will provide group instruction for up to eight (8) students and provide individual practice rooms for up to nine (9) students from six years of age to adults.
