A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – In-Fill Development; and
B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 19-02, Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 19-04 (82853), Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 19-05 & Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 19-23
Project Description: A request for a new three -story, five (5) unit, Spanish style, multi-family residential condominium development. The proposed project would require the removal of five (5) protected trees in order to accommodate the development, and to allow a portion of the project to encroach within the driplines of a protected Oak tree and two other protected trees.
Applicant: Sanyao International, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, Paul H. Long and Joyce L. Long Trust
