You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building; and B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 19-13 Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow the operation of a fitness facility (F45 Training) located at 57 Wheeler Avenue, Suite F. The proposed business hours are from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. A maximum of three instructors and 35 students would be on-site at any given time.
