HomeMy WebLinkAbout7284 RESOLUTION NO. 7284 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AT 601 SUNSET BOULEVARD ALONG MICHILLINDA AVENUE PROPERTY FRONTAGE AS PART OF PARCEL MAP 71885 FOR PUBLIC USE WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 71885 was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia on February 12, 2019, with a condition to dedicate a variable width strip on land along the Michillinda Avenue property frontage for street and sidewalk purposes; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 71885 is now ready for approval and the property owner has offered to dedicate the strip of land along the frontage of Michillinda Avenue as shown on attached Exhibit "A" (Parcel Map 71885). NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That certain property located in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, which constitutes a variable width strip of land along the Michillinda Avenue property frontage for street and sidewalk purposes as shown on attached Exhibit "A" (Parcel Map 71885), is hereby accepted by the City of Arcadia.
